During the past year I upgraded a 20 year-old range of Circulon cookware with range of Circulon 2. Nothing was wrong together with the old set; my kid inherited it for his first real apartment post college. Appears singing the praises of Circulon considering that the first set, but this set is just about the best.

Hard anodized and non-stick, this set is actually a step above. I considered my old sets non-stick; they were/are a breeze to scrub and in many cases burned on food comes using little effort. Circulon Symmetry requires no effort. An easy swish in soap and water generally perform the job, though you also can place it inside dishwasher that i couldn’t do with my other Circulon. In any case, the final results are great though clean-up can be so easy I doubt if I’ll use the dishwasher much.

The greatest draw that Circulon has for me personally is its construction. These cookware heat evenly and create nice results without inconsistencies just like burned spots or undercooked spots.
As the manufacturer says this can be for a flat work surface electric range, I often tried it in this little dual fuel range containing gas burners. The cookwear heats evenly and does a fantastic job if you might be sauteing, boiling, or steaming. I squeeze chicken parm I made within the cooktop inside oven at 350 to melt the cheese. No worries; it did the career as well as pan was fine once the clean-up. Furthermore deliberately burned cheese within the smaller frying pan to find out if there would be any difficulty with sticking or marring with the pan’s finish. There were no issues. The pan was pristine after washing.

This set is good quality. The handles seem to be solidly riveted towards body. The base interior of all the so-called pans have Circulon’s concentric circle design which assists with heat distribution. The outside bottom don’t even have the hard annodized finish. This can be a nice feature mainly because it is apparently much easier to clean.

This 11 piece set may well be best for plenty of people simply because it has 3 pots of varying size, a considerable stockpot, 2 frying pans, a sizable and deep sauteuse, and four lids. One and only thing I’d have liked with this set was obviously a stirfry pan, but I’ll see if I could acquire one separately
Definitely the features within this new set are its sleek design and nice balance —- less than heavy but sturdy, the glass and metal lids which fit being a glove, the non-stick ‘quick release’ feature, the dishwasher option, cheap I will use metal utensils.
